The indirect lending program allows credit union members the convenience of a one stop shopping experience for the purchase and financing of their next new or used vehicle. Your credit union member can shop at over 330 new and used dealerships throughout the state of Arizona. Upon arriving at one of the dealerships, your member identifies themselves as a Credit Union Advantage member and requests financing through their credit union. The program allows the dealership to process all the proper paperwork and contract your member right at the point of sale. Your member will not have to return to the credit union to finish the transaction, which allows your member to shop for a vehicle anytime, including days, nights, and weekends, and still receive credit union financing. The credit union benefits by capturing more loans from members, especially loans that are originated during after-business hours. You will also save time by not having to schedule loan closings at a branch and you can use this system to obtain new members by allowing dealers to send in non-member applications along with a generic membership card. The Credit Union Advantage Indirect Lending Program is a free service to members of all participating credit unions.
