Developing Arizona’s young credit unions professionals for the future of the cooperative movement.

About the AYIN:

The Arizona Youth Involvement Network (AYIN) are credit union professionals up to age 35 and are the future leaders of the credit union movement.  It is a group of young credit union professionals throughout the state of Arizona who demonstrate the cooperative principles that credit unions were founded on. This is accomplished by proactively coming together to develop their leadership skills; knowledge of all credit union principles, current and historical; and expand their involvement in advocacy and community development.  

The AYIN hosts quarterly professional development events focusing on:

-Leadership Development

-Political Advocacy

-Community Involvement
